Please note that Cindy Point remain pending in case the order is cancelled or returned. Pending Cindy Point cannot be used as a payment method.
Once the Cindy Point become available (=Total Cindy Point earned - Cindy Point used - Cindy Point pending), you can use them like cash to pay for any purchases.
